The Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) has announced its participation in the twentieth STIC Days with a program dedicated to data protection.

The AEPD will have a dedicated data protection space on November 24, 2026, during this event which will be held in Madrid from November 24 to 27, 2026. Organized by the National Cryptologic Center (CCN) of the National Intelligence Center (CNI), the Joint Cyber Command (MCCE), and RootedCON, these days will have the theme "Offensive AI and quantum threat: towards a new cybersecurity." The participation of the Spanish authority aims to integrate personal data protection and individuals' rights into the debates on the challenges related to technological transformation and cybersecurity. Emphasis is placed on the need to integrate data protection by design of products and services in the face of evolving threats and intensive information processing.
