The Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) calls for contributions for the third issue of its scientific journal, the Privacy, Innovation and Technology Review (PIT), dedicated to the interaction of the GDPR with other regulations.

This issue, scheduled for publication in April 2027, will focus on the relationship between the GDPR and the standards governing areas such as artificial intelligence, digital services, cybersecurity, or health. It aims to gather analyses on the challenges of coordination, complementarity, and potential conflicts between these obligations. Researchers, academics, and professionals may submit their articles, between 8,000 and 12,000 words long and written in Spanish or English, from November 1 to December 20, 2026. The works will be subject to an external double-blind peer review. The use of artificial intelligence tools for support tasks is allowed, provided that any substantial use of generative AI is explicitly declared.
