The Polish authority organizes a third series of conferences on artificial intelligence and law
The Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO) is organizing an expert conference dedicated to the legal challenges posed by artificial intelligence.
This third meeting of the "Open Expert Conferences" series will take place on September 11, 2026, at the authority's headquarters in Warsaw. It will focus on issues related to artificial intelligence, notably in terms of data protection, copyright law, and the application of new regulations. After an introduction by the president of the UODO, a conference entitled "Generative models and the European legal framework: between the AI Regulation, the GDPR, and copyright law" will be presented by a legal advisor. A debate with lawyers and academics will follow this presentation, which can be attended on-site or online.
