The Polish authority is a partner of the 35th Karpacz Economic Forum in September 2026
The Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO) has announced its partnership with the XXXV Economic Forum to be held from 8 to 10 September 2026 in Karpacz.
As part of this event themed "Architecture of a new order - stability in times of change," the UODO will sponsor two round tables. The first will focus on "Quantum technologies - new challenges for privacy, cybersecurity and personal data protection." The second, organized within the Forum on health protection, will be entitled "Longevity begins with data" and will address health data management from economic and social perspectives. The president and vice-president of the authority will be present.
The president of the UODO will participate in five debates on various topics: the white paper on digital regulation for e-commerce, cybersecurity, digital consumer rights during a closed-door round table, quantum technologies, and health data. The vice-president of the UODO will take part in the round table on digital consumer rights as well as a panel on Poland's preparation for the European Health Data Space (EHDS).
