The Polish authority consults on the draft GDPR Code of Conduct for photographers
The Polish Personal Data Protection Authority (UODO) has announced a public consultation on the draft "GDPR Code of Conduct for photographers".
This consultation is conducted by the National Guild of Photographers, in accordance with recital 99 of the GDPR and point 28 of the European Data Protection Board (EDPB) Guidelines 1/2019. The draft code was submitted to the UODO for approval on 7 August 2025. The supervisory authority is currently conducting the administrative procedure for its validation.
