This symposium will take place on September 16, 2026, at the Baden-Württemberg State Representation in Berlin. The event will focus on the legal and political design of a future data code, as well as on the concrete elements that could compose it. The objective is to initiate a high-level interdisciplinary exchange on ways to make data law clearer, more coherent, and understandable, identified as a major legal challenge for the coming years. Attendance is limited.
