Bilateral meeting between the Polish authority and the Austrian authority on exchanges regarding complaints related to artificial intelligence
The Polish data protection authority (UODO) and its Austrian counterpart (DSB) met in Vienna to exchange their experiences in handling complaints.
This meeting, held on October 6 and 7, 2026, focused on the handling of complaints related to artificial intelligence and on the management of national and cross-border complaint procedures. The Polish delegation was composed of the president of the UODO as well as representatives from the Department of International Cooperation, the Department of Preliminary Complaint and Breach Control, and the Complaints Department. Both authorities expressed their openness to future collaboration on topics of common interest.
