The Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) and the Luxembourg authority have signed a memorandum of understanding aimed at strengthening their cooperation.
This agreement, signed on 19 October 2026, will allow the two authorities to collaborate on joint publications and technical notes. It also provides for the joint analysis of the main challenges related to privacy protection and the impact of emerging technologies.
