The National Commission on Informatics and Liberty (CNIL) has made public the agenda for its plenary session of July 21, 2026.
Part I (with debates): :
* Examination of a draft deliberation giving an opinion on a draft decree authorizing a processing called "CLEM".
Part II (without debates): :
* Examination of a draft deliberation giving an opinion on a draft order authorizing a personal data processing called "Application LIVE lutte contre le travail illégal" (LIVE LCTI);
* Examination of a draft deliberation giving an opinion on a draft decree organizing the transmission of information to the statistical service of the ministry in charge of the family and, in pseudonymized form, to the ODPE and the ONPE;
