The Spanish authority relocates its headquarters to better address current challenges
The Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) has announced the relocation of its headquarters to new premises in Madrid.
This change, carried out in collaboration with the State Heritage Directorate-General, follows the termination of the lease of the agency's former offices located on Jorge Juan Street. The choice of the new premises, at Paseo de la Castellana, 141, meets criteria of functionality and efficiency in the management of public resources, while aligning with the modernization objectives of the 2025-2030 Strategic Plan. The AEPD ensures the continuity of its services during the transfer. From July 1st, the physical reception of the public, including the Registration Office and the Citizen Reception Service, will take place at the new address from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with a prior appointment required for the latter.
