The Datatilsynet, which indicated that the notification is being processed, emphasized Ryde's obligation to ensure proper follow-up and information to the affected users. The authority also issued general security recommendations for those impacted, urging vigilance against fraud attempts, monitoring of bank accounts, and reporting any suspicious activity to the police.
