The Moroccan data protection authority, the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP), conducted workshops dedicated to the challenges of artificial intelligence and personal data protection.

As part of its participation in the event "Rally IA Future Lab 2026" held in Merzouga from June 16 to 20, the authority contributed to several workshops. These sessions addressed the challenges of artificial intelligence and personal data protection applied to various strategic areas of digital transformation. The topics notably covered smart agriculture and fishing, education, energy transition, Industry X.0, innovation and financial technology, public administration reform, digital health, security, smart cities, as well as tourism and culture.
