The European Data Protection Board (EDPB) has launched a dedicated contact form to allow stakeholders to report inconsistencies in the interpretation of the GDPR across Europe.

This initiative is part of the commitments of the EDPB's Helsinki Declaration on improving clarity, support, and engagement, aiming to strengthen dialogue and ensure consistent application of the regulation. The new tool allows reporting of alleged divergences between the positions of national authorities, as well as between these and the positions of the EDPB. The board will not respond individually to submissions, but the information received will be compiled and regularly discussed by its members to consider possible measures to improve consistency.
