The National Commission on Informatics and Liberty (CNIL) has made public the agenda for its plenary session of June 4, 2026.

Part I (with debates): :
* Examination of a draft deliberation giving an opinion on a draft order amending the order of February 21, 2014 establishing by the Directorate General of Public Finances an automated processing for combating fraud called "fraud targeting and query enhancement" (CFVR);
* Examination of a draft deliberation giving an opinion on a draft decree of the Council of State relating to the methods of collecting and storing consumer consent for the purposes of commercial prospecting by telephone;
* Communication concerning the request for guidance submitted by the ministry in charge of health regarding the designation of the bodies responsible for access to data under the regulation on the European Health Data Space and the distribution of their competences.

Part II (without debates): :
* Examination of a draft deliberation giving an opinion on a draft decree relating to the methods of enriching information to facilitate the identification of each seller or service provider and the exchanges provided for in Article L. 114-19-1 of the amended Social Security Code;
* Examination of a draft deliberation adopting a unique decision and authorizing the company OSPI to implement automated processing enabling the conduct of studies aimed at building activity indicators, requiring access to national data from the medicalization program of information systems (PMSI).
