The National Commission on Informatics and Liberty (CNIL) has launched a new version of its authorization request form for data processing in the fields of health and research.
This new online service, intended for processing not compliant with a reference framework, has been designed to simplify the preparation of files by integrating the latest legal developments in health data. Clearer and equipped with new features, it aims to help project leaders more easily identify key points, anticipate areas of concern, and reduce processing times. The Health Data Platform (PDS) and the CNIL presented this form during a webinar on April 14, 2026.
